About Okuden Training

OKUDEN, a Japanese term meaning 'inner teaching',  is commonly known as Level 2 Reiki training.

This course is delivered over two full days, providing participants with the opportunity to deepen their understanding  and practice of Reiki. During Okuden training, you will learn specific techniques designed to support emotional and mental wellbeing. You will also learn how to give a Distance treatment.

Okuden students are also encouraged to attend Reiju Kai (Reiki Shares), offering ongoing practice, shared Reiki and connection with other practitioners.

Completion of Shoden, the foundation level, is a prerequisite before undertaking Okuden. You may choose to complete Shoden and Okuden as two separate courses or opt for a combined training experience.

Training is delivered either in small groups, with a maximum of six participants, or as individual one-to-one sessions, ensuring a personalised and supportive learning environment.
