Jikiden Reiki Level 2 Training (Okuden) 

Okuden, a Japanese term meaning "inner teaching" is commonly known as Level 2 Reiki training. It represents the next stage following Shoden and offers an o​pportunity to deepen both your understanding and practice of Reiki.

 

The course is delivered over two full days, allowing time for learning, discussion and practical experience.

During Okuden training,  students explore techniques that support emotional and mental wellbeing, while also expanding their confidence in working with Reiki energy.

 

You will also learn how to offer Distance Reiki, enabling treatments to be shared beyond physical presence.

​

Students completing Okuden are encouraged to continue their development by attending  Reiju Kai (Reiki Shares), offering opportunities for practice, shared Reiki, and connection with other practitioners.

 

Completion of Shoden Reiki Training (Level 1) is required before undertaking Okuden.  Training may be taken as a separate course following Shoden, or both levels may be completed together as part of a combined training experience.

 

Training is delivered either in small groups, with a maximum of six participants, or as individual one-to-one sessions, ensuring a personalised and supportive learning environment.​
