What is Sei Heki?

Sei Heki is a traditional Reiki method often used when emotional stress,  recurring thought patterns, or unwanted habits feel difficult to shift.

Many clients choose Sei Heki during periods of stress, emotional overwhelm, or when they feel "stuck" in certain reactions or patterns.

Sessions are relaxing, non-intrusive, and do not require discussing personal details unless you wish to.

Who is this treatment for?

Sei Heki may be supportive if you are experiencing:

  • Persistent stress or mental tension

  • Emotional ups and downs

  • Difficulty switching off or relaxing

  • Repeating habits or reactions you'd like to change

  • A general sense of feeling unsettled or out of balance

What to expect during a Sei Heki session

Sei Heki Reiki is often chosen when someone is looking for steady, longer-term support rather than a one-off experience.

Sessions are deeply relaxing and follow the same gentle, non-intrusive apporach as other Reiki treatments. You remain fully clothed and relax comfortably throughout.

Because this work is more focused, we begin with a free consultation to ensure the approach feels right for you.

How the Consulation Works

The consultation is simply a relaxed, no-obligation conversation.

You're welcome to ask questions, talk things through if you wish, and get a feel for whether Sei Heki Reiki resonates with you. There is absolutely no pressure to continue.

Where possible consultations are held in person, which many clients find grounding and comfortable.

 

If meeting in person isn't practical, Zoom or telephone conversations are equally welcome. The most important thing is that you feel at ease. 

What happens after the consultation?

If you feel comfortable proceeding, we can then arrange sessions at a pace that feels right for you.

Some people choose to begin straight away, while others prefer to reflect before making any decisions. Both are perfectly fine.

Sei Heki is a gentle process, and it's important that you move forward only when you feel ready.

Sei Heki sessions may be arranged either in person or as distance treatments, depending on your preference. If you are considering distance sessions, we can discuss how this works during your consultation.
