Sei Heki means moving away from unwanted habits.   Behaviours that impact your life, be they mild habits that irritate or stronger and more debilitating fears, phobias, anxieties or addictions.

Habits are powerful. With about 40% of our everyday behaviour repeated in the form of habits, they shape our very existence, and ultimately, our future. For better or worse, habits very much influence health, well-being, and quality of life. If you are striving to improve these, you need to think about habits, because if you change your habits for the better, you change your life for the better.

Forming new routines is not easy. Despite knowing what’s good for us and best intentions, habits tend to keep us doing what we always do. They are not easy to change — any of us can attest to that.

Perhaps you want to become better organised, more decisive, less stubborn, or there may be more severe issues such as anxiety, trauma, addictions or fears. The list  is long and varied, but whatever change you are going to make, Sei Heki will help you to achieve it.  

For your treatment you will be wearing comfortable clothing and relaxing on a massage/reiki table or seated in a chair.  Treatments can resolve something quickly, or it may take time for issues to be released. It's natural that a minor change is quicker to implement than a major one. You will need patience and commitment to make the change a reality. Your mind and body will move at the pace that is right for you.
